Dr. Fixit Primeseal Is Water-Based Primer Composed Of Acrylic Emulsion Polymer, Properly Selected Fine Fillers, White Pigments & Additives In Water As A Medium. It Is Used As Primer Over Exterior & Interior Building Walls Before Application Of Water Based Paints.

BULWARK ELASTO COAT is single component, Premium Hybrid Acrylic Membrane which is consists of specially developed polymers and properly selected components. BULWARK ELASTO COAT is not a usual elastomeric coating unlike other elastomeric coating BULWARK ELASTO COAT made by using Pure Acrylic Resin and Modified Kaolin which ensure long lasting performance. It cures by natural air, sunlight and gives elastomeric waterproof membrane BULWARK ELASTO COAT is elastomeric in nature and has good resistance to weather and sunlight.

  Surface preparation:
  Prior to application of BULWARK ELASTO COAT the surface must be prepared as mentioned below to avoid failure and to achieve maximum beneficial properties.
• When placing BULWARK ELASTO COAT coating, water should be removed so that surface is only damp. In no case there should be standing water.
• The surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign matters, loose materials or any deposits of contamination which could affect the bonding.
  • After surface preparation like Removing loose particles and crack Treatment BULWARK ELASTO COAT must be applied on the Top of BULWARK PRIME SEALER COTE OR 1:1 Diluted Self Primer
  • Two coats are recommended one more coat can be done to achieve desired thickness.
  • First coat should be allowed to air dry for 2-3 hours prior to apply subsequent coat.
  • If pond test to be done then can be done only after 48 hrs from the time of application.
    
    Precuations:
    BULWARK ELASTO COAT system must be applied with temperature above 2⁰ C and below 40⁰ C
  • BULWARK ELASTO COAT should not be used with addition of cement.
    
    Storage:
  • Store in dry cool place in the temperature range from 5⁰C to 30⁰C in sealed condition.
  • Do not allow to freeze. Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • BULWARK ELASTO COAT is not harm for applicators and users.

• The recommended surface areas for the application of Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic are Cement mortar screed, Brick-Bat Coba finish surface and China mosaic tile roofs.

  Dr. Fixit Roofseal Classic can be applied on brickbat, cement screed & tiled roof. 
  -First surface must be cleaned with water and loose particles to be removed. 
  -All the cracks to be filled with Hybrid Sealant.
  -On the prepared surface, One Self priming coat with 50% dilution & two undiluted coats of Roofseal Classic to be applied with each coat being perpendicular to previous coat
  -Allow each coat to dry for 4 hours before application of next coat
  -Allow the final system to cure for 7 days.
